2. Purposes of processing

Provision and security of the website, responding to enquiries via the contact form and email, initiating and performing contracts, and providing information about our services in a B2B context.

3. Legal bases

Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent), (b) (contract/pre-contractual), (c) (statutory retention obligations), (f) (legitimate interest in secure operation and business outreach).

4. Data sources

Data you provide directly (form, email, phone), data collected automatically (server log files: IP address, timestamp, user agent, referrer) and publicly accessible or licensed B2B information – details at /en/datenquellen.

5. Recipients and processors (DPA)

Website hosting: Lovable (Lovable Labs) – provision of the website. Email and office: Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) – email communication and file storage. Data processing agreements pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR are in place with both providers. Where data is transferred to the USA, this is based on EU standard contractual clauses and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. No further recipients (e.g. CRM, analytics) exist at present; they will be added here once in use.

6. Retention periods

Server log files: 30 days. Contact enquiries: until the request is resolved, then 6 months. Contract and invoice data: 6 or 10 years pursuant to § 257 HGB / § 147 AO. Consent-based data: until withdrawal.

7. Data subject rights

Access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), objection (Art. 21) and withdrawal of consent (Art. 7(3)). 8. Contact form

We process the data you provide (name, email, website, industry, target companies, notes) solely to handle your enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. Providing the data is voluntary; without it we cannot respond to your enquiry.

9. Hosting

Our website is hosted by Lovable. The provider processes connection data (including IP address and access time) on our behalf for technical provision and security. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, on the basis of a data processing agreement.

10. Cookies and consent

Technically necessary cookies on the basis of § 25(2) TDDDG. We currently use no further cookies or tools; should this change, they will only be used with your consent via a consent banner that can be withdrawn at any time.
